• We should faithfuly perform our job duties according to our conscience by placing the public interest above others.
• We should bear the responsibility of integrity and keep a dignity as a Council Member.
• We are not permitted to acquire a position or the rights interest to real estate by contracts with a local autonomous entity or public organizations and their disposal or to intercede his/her acquisition to others.

Chairman's job

Chairman is to represent a Council and arrange the legislative affairs, keep order of the meeting room and supervise the Secretariat office affairs.

Vice chairman's job

In case of an emergency happening to a chairman, a vice chairman is to act for a chairman.

Committee head's job

• A committee head is to represent a committee, arranges its legislative affairs, keeps order and supervise its office affairs.
• In time of an emergency happening to a committee head, a vice head of the committee is to act for a committee head.
